Any concession cards (Pensioner Concession Card, DVA Card, Healthcare Card)

Yes, we have private parking available at the rear of the building for your convenience. Street parking is also available at the front.

Yes, our clinic has disabled access to ensure all patients can enter comfortably and safely.

Most scans take between 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the type of ultrasound you’re having. When you book your appointment, we’ll let you know the estimated duration.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a support person, family member, or even your children to your appointment. Our clinic is a safe and welcoming space for all patients and their loved ones.

No, you do not need a referral for a 3D/4D ultrasound. These scans are elective and are purely for capturing special memories of your baby. However, if you require a diagnostic obstetric scan, a referral from your GP or obstetrician is required.

Yes, we understand that some patients may feel more comfortable with a male or female sonographer for certain types of scans. We now have a female sonographer available, including at our Narooma location. If you have a preference, please let us know when booking your appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
